I'm searching for a keen-eyed individual to assist in the layout of a translated book, originally written in French and now rendered in various languages. The book totals less than 100 pages in length; the task herein is not translation, but fonts and overall aesthetic on page.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing an engaging, consistent and visually pleasing layout for the translated text
- Knowledge in multi-language font systems and layouts
- Creation of a final product that maintains the integrity of the original design, fine-tuned for the respective language requirements
Necessary Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign
- Previous experience in book layout and design
- Familiarity with French would be beneficial, but not strictly necessary
- A keen aesthetic eye and sharp attention to detail
- An understanding of international typography standards
