Island Resort: Signage and Pamphlet Design

We need an updated, fresh take on our outdoor signage and guest check-in pamphlets for two island resorts. The resorts are Silver Surf Resort and BridgeWalk Resort located on Anna Maria Island Florida. Any brand resources such as color palette, fonts, copy and logos will be provided to designer.
