Investor Deck Design Upgrade

We are developing an Institutional Bond Investor Deck, and are currently using a standard PowerPoint Microsoft design. it is mediocre in its design impact. Do you have PowerPoint Design templates which you have used in the . past or can customize a design specific to our project? I have attached our "Rough Deck", which is still lacking some final excel performance tests, photos and finishing touches, including finalizing the text. So we mainly are looking for a design which will enhance our offer. I have attached two other slide decks which represent attractive decks we would like to be on a par with. Can you show me what you can do?
