Invert and Enhance small LOGO file

Hi everyone. I have been given a small 200 x 192 .png logo file.
I need it inverted. The logo is all-black, I need it all-white and possible with a bit of improved quality to be placed on a poster design. It's a .png file with a clear background. Hopefully a simple job for someone with the right skills.
