* Liquid glass / blur style (if applicable) with soft, calming colors
* Highly intuitive, accessible, and fast onboarding
* Widget, notifications
* Friendly, non-medical, approachable tone
* Apple Human Interface Guidelines compliant

What we need
* Complete UI + UX design for iOS app (Figma preferred)
* App icon
* Brand assets
* Screens : Onboarding flow, Education slide, Home dashboard etc.
* Consistent light + dark mode design
* Suggestions for iconography, color palette, typography
* Bonus: Widget design concept for quick logging
* Appealing animations, haptics, visual effects etc.

Deliverables
* Figma design file (mobile-first, iOS focus)
* Color + typography spec
* Exportable assets if needed (SVG, PNG for icons)
* Optional: clickable prototype (Figma or similar)

Timeline
* Ideally 2-3 weeks for full design pass
