Intros Incarcerated Pen-Pal Project

Hi! Looking for design & development of a sophisticated pen-pal website, specifically for the incarcerated population to connect with people outside. Attached you will find a brochure (this is what will be distributed inside jail & prison facilities), as well as the content to be included (not including the actual profiles) and a rough draft layout. There will be a more revisions to follow, including a final brochure, just wanting to gauge about how much this project will cost, how long it will take, etc. Thank you!
