I need a clean, impact-driven PowerPoint deck that clearly introduces our new project to internal stakeholders. The goal is to walk leadership and cross-functional teams through the problem we are solving, the proposed solution, the expected benefits, and the rollout timeline—leaving everyone confident, aligned, and ready to support the next steps.

Content scope
• Project background and the business need
• High-level objectives, success metrics, and key milestones
• Resource requirements and ownership matrix
• Risk assessment with mitigation plans
• Budget overview and phased timeline (figures will be supplied)
• Call-to-action slide outlining immediate decisions required

Style & structure
The deck should feel modern yet on-brand, using our color palette and typography (brand guide will be provided). Animations are welcome when they add clarity, but please keep them subtle—this will be shared in live meetings and circulated as a standalone document.

Deliverables
1. Editable .pptx file (16:9 format)
2. Linked or embedded graphics and icons with usage rights
3. A PDF export optimized for email distribution

Acceptance criteria
• No clip-art; all visuals must align with the brand guide
• Consistent layout, font sizes, and spacing across slides
• All data points accurately reflected from the source material I supply
• Final file passes a 5-minute review with our VP of Operations with no formatting issues when opened on Windows and macOS

Once I share the source content—text blocks, charts, and logos—I would like a first draft within three days, followed by one revision round based on feedback.
