Interior book design for paperback

300 page MSWord document with text boxes and bubble quotes needs to be cleanly formatted page by page and converted to a PDF -- for upload to an 8.5 x 11 " Amazon KDP paperback book. Ideally, the person doing this work would be able to make the document look as professional as possible; this might mean changing the existing font. Also, I would love to have the quotes that are in the text boxes look nicer than they do now, perhaps using a different visual style. But that's optional at this point. I need this completed by June 20th. Thanks.
