Interactive Scratch Map

I'm looking for a creative designer to create an interactive scratch map that tracks travel adventures. The map should cover countries and allow me to record various data points for each country. This will be used as a marketing tool to be sent to clients, but allows me to see where they've scratched. Must be email friendly. This is mostly an online tool but can be printed if necessary.

Requirements:
- Scratch-off design revealing vibrant colors or designs underneath highlighting local specialties
- Ability to track the following for each country:
- Visited dates
- Travel notes
- Favorite spots
- Next place to visit
- I want to be able to access and track usage of the map by end-user
- Ability to incorporate and change out company logo
- Durable materials to withstand scratching and handling

Ideal Skills:
- Graphic design expertise
- Experience with map design and data integration
- Knowledge of durable print materials and techniques
