Interactive Recruitment Test Dashboard Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Designing a dashboard to add multiple-choice tests
We need a designer (programmer) to program, upload and deploy a dashboard using MERN STACK so that we can add interactive (online) recruitment tests. The questions and answers are available with us. The dashboard also should be hosted on AWS hosting on our own website so that each test is added later with a separate subdomain on the same hosting according to the following specifications:
- The tests should be for different job titles and the content of the questions is different
- The test should be available in both Arabic and English, as we can add questions within a single test in more than one language, and sometimes there will be two languages in the same question due to the presence of English terms that cannot be translated.
- An instruction panel appears when the applicant enters, showing the applicants the information related to the test.
- The applicant's data entry panel (name - email - mobile number - nationality .etc..) All data should be chosen from a drop-down list, except (first name, last name, email, mobile number, and academic specialization) to save his data in the dashboard.
- Adding an email verification process to make the test available to the applicant.
- Adding a captcha when the applicant finishes entering his data.
- The ability to choose the language for the instruction panel, the data entry panel, and the test questions.
- The test consists of multiple-choice questions and answers, with the possibility of multiple answers being 3-4-5-6 choices for each question.
- The possibility of the number of correct answers for each question being 1-2-3 correct answers.
- The possibility of adding a specific number of questions and specifying a specific duration for each test as appropriate.
- The candidate can leave any question unanswered by clicking on the skip option, but he cannot finish the test unless he answers all the questions.
- The candidate can return to any question and correct his answer whenever he wants during the test period.
- The full mark is out of 100 and the questions are given equal marks.
- If the time runs out, the questions that were not answered will receive zero marks.
- The ability to filter the applicants' data and upload the candidates' data in a sheet (Excel or Google) containing the name-email-mobile-job-level-degree-date of application and others.
- Adding a feature to send group WhatsApp messages or emails to a group of selected applicants with one click.
- The ability to add the option to stop the test for one or more breaks with specific periods, so that if the break is activated, the test time calculation stops.
- If the break period ends, the test time calculation resumes.
- The test time countdown is at the top right or left of the screen depending on the language.
- The countdown for the break period appears in a pop up window and the test time counter stops when it appears.
