Interactive AI Photo Editing Site Development

I'm looking for a seasoned web developer to create a highly interactive AI-based photo editing website, compatible with both mobile and desktop platforms.
Key Features:
- User Image Upload: The user should be able to upload an image which will be processed by our API to produce 50 different variants based on brightness and contrast.
- Dial Interface: The API will return these 50 images which the user can view using a unique dial-like interface. Moving the dial in one direction will increase or decrease the brightness by selecting from the images sent, and the other direction will increase or decrease contrast.
- Design: We will provide PDF/JPEG of the website's look and feel, including Figma files.
- User Authentication: The site should support Email and password, Social media login, and OAuth integration.
- Image Display: Processed images should be displayed in a dial-like interface. We will provide images and examples of this interface.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in web development with experience in creating interactive websites
- Familiar with API integration
- Able to work with provided design files
- Experience in implementing various user authentication methods
