Instructional designer

As an instructional designer, I'm looking for someone to help me create e-learning courses. I have a rough idea of what I would like to accomplish, but am open to ideas. I need someone who will help me create 4-7 modules or courses. The right person should be experienced in designing engaging e-learning content that keeps users engaged. They should have a good understanding of learning theories and be able to translate that into clear, accessible online courses.
