Instructional PDFs - For a print / Wallpaper store.

Hi there,

We're looking to create 4 guided PDFs for your Wallpaper store.
The pages would be the following:

1. Sample close-up and drop layout. This page is to see a close-up of the pattern, and explains how many ties the pattern repeats
2. Wall layout - informs a customer how to measure the wall, and how many rolls will need to be ordered.
3. Sample explanation. What's needed to order a sample
4. Material examples - We will have more material than the example attached - but I would like for this to be a separate page explaining the material name and close-up of the texture.

I uploaded examples of a different company which did it well.

We will provide all photos, and information.

The files will need to be easy to edit since we have lots of patterns.

Please in your response include PDFs / graphic designs you designed for a similar purpose.
INSTRUCTIONAl / Manuals etc.

Design need to be clean, modern and nice.
Fonts to use: modern / Helvetica - family
