Instructional Designer

I'm in need of an instructional designer to create e-learning modules, videos and guideline documents for my business. We usually use Articulate Storyline (but open to other programs), and this course is targeted toward employees of my organization. The designer will be responsible to liaise with the SMEs (who have already captured the content), developing the module or guideline structure, and designing custom animations, visuals or videos that enhance the learning environment.
I'm looking for someone who is experienced in instructional design, creating engaging learning experiences and liaising with a number of stakeholders to find practical solutions for the retail environment with a proven track record of quality and timely delivery.
