We are the team behind DentalNote.ai, an innovative AI-powered platform designed to streamline note-taking, patient management, and workflow efficiency for dental professionals. We're looking to expand our user base by generating high-quality leads from dentists and dental practices. To achieve this, we need a skilled Lead Generation Specialist who can leverage our existing Instantly.ai account to set up, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Research and build targeted lists of dentists and dental clinics (e.g., using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, or similar for contact sourcing – must comply with all data privacy regulations like GDPR/CCPA).
Configure and launch email sequences in Instantly.ai, including crafting compelling subject lines, email copy, and follow-ups tailored to the dental industry (e.g., highlighting how DentalNote.ai saves time on documentation).
Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
A/B test email variations, warm-up domains if needed, and ensure high deliverability to avoid spam filters.
Generate at least 500-1000 qualified leads per month (dentists interested in AI tools for their practice), with a focus on quality over quantity – leads should include contact details, practice info, and initial interest indicators.
Collaborate with our team to refine targeting based on feedback and integrate leads into our CRM.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Instantly.ai or similar cold email platforms (e.g., Lemlist, Woodpecker) – please provide examples of past campaigns and results.
Strong background in B2B lead generation, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or professional services sectors. Experience targeting dentists or medical professionals is a big plus.
Excellent copywriting skills for emails that convert – ability to write persuasive, value-driven content without being salesy.
Familiarity with lead sourcing tools, email best practices, and compliance with anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM).
Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaigns (Google Analytics, Instantly.ai dashboards, etc.).
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Available for at least 10-20 hours per week initially, with potential for ongoing work based on performance.

Budget and Payment:
