Needing Instagram photo editing help! Looking for someone who specializes in people removal in the background as well as changing the background. I have 5 pictures on a boat. There are trees, sidewalk, and houses. I would like the background changed to a pretty lake! I have 5 pictures of me standing infront of a building. I would like the people close to me removed as well as their reflections on the building. I don’t want all of the people taken out as I am in a busy city, just the ones close to me. Looking to stay within 10-70 budget depending on what you offer!
