The job
• Shape a clear content strategy that matches my tone and values.
• Build a monthly calendar with post ideas, captions and the right hashtags.
• Design eye-catching visuals or short Reels (Canva, Adobe, or any tool you prefer).
• Schedule everything and keep track of performance in Meta Business Suite or a similar dashboard.
• Optimise based on insights so we see steady growth in reach, followers and engagement.
Acceptance criteria
1. Calendar delivered a week before each month begins.
2. All creative assets formatted to Instagram specs.
3. Bi-weekly report summarising key metrics and next steps.
