Instagram Fitness Transformation Posts

I want to level-up the way I present my clients’ fat-loss and muscle-gain journeys on Instagram. As a natural fitness creator with three years of hands-on experience, I already supply the raw progress photos, short clips, and key metrics; what I need is someone who can shape that material into scroll-stopping transformation content that resonates with my audience.
You will edit the visuals (before/after carousels, 30-60 sec Reels, or a mix of both), write concise yet motivating captions, and package everything so it is ready to publish – complete with on-brand typography, subtle motion graphics, and a smart hashtag strategy. Consistency is important to me, so I’m aiming for at least two polished transformation pieces each week, delivered in the correct Instagram dimensions and under the platform’s file-size limits.
If you’re comfortable highlighting real client success stories while keeping their privacy intact, understand fitness terminology, and can match a positive, evidence-based tone, I’d love to see samples of similar work you’ve done. All final files should be delivered in editable format (PSD or PRPRO/AE for video, plus exported JPEG/MP4) alongside the caption text in a simple doc.
