Instagram Brand Awareness Campaign

I need a creative and experienced social media expert to help increase my brand awareness on Instagram. Looking for someone to help me develop an authentic presence curated more like "lifestyle" than an "influencer". The job would take minimal posting (weekly) until a new project/job evolves then campaign would be more active. I would also need guidance in a vision as I am not a big social media person however would like a brand cohesiveness.
