Innovative eLearning Module on Company Expenses

I'm looking for an eLearning expert to create a module focusing on expenses within our company.
Key Requirements:
- The module should cover all the aspects of Travel expenses, Office expenses, Employee salaries expenses.
- I have around 3000 employees, so the eLearning module should be scalable for a large audience globally.
- The design should be engaging and interactive to keep the learners' attention.
- It should be informative and should educate employees on how they can reduce the company's expenses effectively and the importance to adhering to the company expenses policy.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in designing engaging eLearning modules
- Understanding of corporate finance, particularly in expenses
- Experience in creating scalable eLearning content
- Strong instructional design skills
- Ability to create interactive content that keeps the learners engaged
The eLearning will be no longer than 1 hour and broken down into modules, you will sign an NDA to protect the company identity.
We have a number of projects that need eLearning content created so this will are after a long term relationship with someone to partner with us.
