Innovative Logo Design, Text-Icon Combination

Seeking a skilled designer to create an innovative icon and text combined logo for my new business. The logo needs to communicate a sense of simple but sophisticated. Use of the colors - teal and black, is necessary.

I'm also interested to create other versions of the logo for use on official company documents (headers, footers etc).
