I’m looking to have a small batch of eye-catching Instagram posts created that focus strictly on physical health. The sole purpose is to educate my followers—think evidence-based tips, quick facts that bust common myths, and simple routines people can try right away. The tone must stay informative, not preachy, yet still feel welcoming enough that someone scrolling will stop, read, and maybe even save the post for later.
I’ll supply my brand colours, fonts, and any logo files you might need. You’ll translate that look into clean, scroll-stopping graphics, write concise captions that expand on the visuals, and add a handful of high-relevance hashtags so the content can travel further.
Deliverables
• 5 static or carousel posts (your recommendation) designed for the Instagram feed
• Captions (around 100–150 words each) written in an informative voice
• Hashtag sets (10–15 per post) tuned to physical-health discovery
Each graphic should be delivered as an editable PSD or AI plus a ready-to-post PNG. Once I approve the first design, feel free to carry the style across the rest so everything looks cohesive on my grid. I’ll handle scheduling—the files just need to be plug-and-play.
