Informative Company Brochure Design

I'm looking for a professional graphic designer to create a one-page, informative brochure for my company, Sky-Bot. The brochure should provide a succinct overview of our company and the packages we offer. It doesn't need to be overly complicated, just clear and concise.
In addition to the general company brochure, I also need a more customizable version that we can tailor for individual clients. The first client is a large factory unit with solar panels, so this version of the brochure will need to be designed with that in mind.
