Informational pricing pdf

I am looking for a freelancer to create an informational pricing pdf to present to potential customers. The pdf should include pricing tiers and options, cost breakdowns for each product/service. The target audience for this pricing pdf is potential customers, and I am open to the freelancer's expertise in terms of the design and layout. The pdf should be professional, visually appealing, and provide information in a concise and clear manner. If the freelancer has any questions or ideas, I am open to hearing them.
