Infographic for Chalet Maintenance Procedures

I am looking for a freelancer to create an innovative, modern-styled infographic that details how the maintenance procedures are used to generate checklists of jobs to be done for a 24 chalet retreat. The task list generated send actions on to an “action tracking software system.
The infographic will mainly be used by our maintenance staff, hence, it should be easy to understand and relate to.

The infographic should cover:
- The 10 areas within the retreat where the maintenance procedures and the check lists generated from them, are to be used to guide the workers on what items to check in each of the areas.

Ideal skills for the job:
- Proficient in graphic design to deliver a modern, innovative infographic style.
- Experience in creating infographics for facility maintenance or comparably complex processes.
- Ability to visualize complex processes in an easy-to-understand manner.
- A portfolio of previously designed infographics would be advantageous.
