Industry forms to be designed, made in Word

We have 4 forms (as a start) that we would like you to help us with.
We need you to make the forms look professional.
We need them to be in WORD - and we will change information on them like the clients logo, name, address, email, website, phone
The forms mainly will be on one page
Our logo and name and copyright will be in the footer
**Note that the file "advanced Climates Pty Ltd" is a REAL file and what we want the other examples based from.

So look at the other attachments - we need them so they are not in boxes
We need them to be easily populated and format is not going to change dramatically
We need our logo and name in footer
We need our clients Logo in Header - then the other information - Company Name, ABN number - Address details - email details - website details - phone number

We want the basics of the other forms kept - but we want you to use your skills to make them tidy, professional and information easy to add.

Please advise if you understand the project, what price, time to do (do not RUSH this - please get it right rather than just grab and do).
