Induction & Awards Gala
Budget: $20,000 – $50,000 USD
500-700 people in attendance for a hall of fame gala. Need someone to plan design, look, manage tickets, oversee auction, work with Inductees, design 56 page program, design graphics for print, web and social. Work with venue on layout and all needs within the venue. Managing budget and reporting to board of directors on monthly expenses. Putting together the final a/v program. I am sure there is some more that I am missing, but that is the overall idea.
