Indian Travel Exhibition Booth Artwork
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are Wow India Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd., a leading inbound tourism company curating premium travel experiences across India, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives. As we prepare for the Great Indian Travel Bazaar (GITB) 2025 in Jaipur, we are seeking a skilled visual artist or illustrator to design a custom digital backdrop artwork for our exhibition booth.
What We Need:
A seamless, high-resolution digital mural that captures the essence of India in a single, visually immersive image.
The artwork should span across five consecutive panels and blend India’s iconic destinations, textural beauty, and cultural depth—designed specifically to appeal to Western travel buyers (from Europe and the US).
Artwork Specs:
Total artwork size: 487.5 cm (width) × 235.5 cm (height)
Panels involved: A2, A3, A4, A5, and A6
(Each panel = 97.5 cm wide × 235.5 cm high)
A1 and A7 will feature text/branding — do not include artwork on these
The artwork must flow seamlessly across all 5 panels, like a single mural without hard breaks
Visual Style & Art Direction (Based on Reference Image):
While we’ve attached a sample reference image, here is a full description for clarity:
The visual style should be a digital fusion of Indian cultural symbolism and tourism landmarks, composed like a mural or story wall.
Think of half-portraits of culturally iconic Indian figures (e.g., a traditional Rajasthani performer, a classical dancer, or a textile artisan), paired with architectural textures (temples, forts, ghats, carvings) and layered backdrops of iconic destinations like the Taj Mahal, Kerala backwaters, Hawa Mahal, Varanasi Ghats, or Ladakh.
These elements should be artistically blended—not pasted—with seamless transitions that feel handcrafted, soulful, and majestic.
Avoid harsh cutouts or collage styles. Instead, use smooth gradients, overlays, shadow play, and traditional patterns to connect one visual element into the next.
The center panels (A3, A4, A5) should feel like the visual climax of the design—with the most striking imagery placed in the heart of the mural.
The tone should be vibrant but elegant—with rich detailing, balanced color use (avoid saffron dominance), and space used wisely across top, middle, and bottom thirds of each panel.
The artwork should not include religious iconography or deity figures.
Instead, it should communicate spiritual richness, cultural texture, and timeless beauty, drawing from India’s tangible travel offerings.
Mood & Themes to Capture:
Timeless elegance of Indian heritage
Diversity and color of regional traditions
Majestic architecture, vibrant people, soulful stories
A sense of mystery, serenity, and wonder—inviting exploration
Deliverables:
Final artwork in CMYK, 300 DPI (print-ready for large fabric or flex printing)
Editable source file (Photoshop or Illustrator)
A mockup visual showing how the artwork spans panels A2–A6
Visual balance that works from a distance as well as up-close
Ideal Designer Profile:
Strong background in digital illustration / visual storytelling
Experience with large-format booth graphics or mural-style artworks
Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
Familiarity with Indian visual culture or a quick learner with reference interpretation ability
Able to translate cultural and destination-driven content into visual form
