UI/UX Improvement Needed - Revenue Based Payment

I have a mobile software UI/UX design help need with a European investor who is willing to offer thousands of dollars for sales & marketing. For this reason we need to focus on that and need a smart expert who is willing to work and get paid through revenue rather then upfront milestones. We are prepared to offer company equity and/or a revenue based payment plan. We have a business plan & 1,000 beta users ready to go upon app completion!
