Improve the design of a simple 1 page menu

We have a menu for our pub / restaurant but would like to make it look better. The venue is a British pub that is over 500 years old, so the style should be rustic / traditional. I expect it to fit on one side of A4 - it is a simple menu. The menu is attached. If there was room I would also add hot drinks to it, but only if there was room.
