Improve My Thumbnail Quality (Graphic Designer Experts Only)

Looking for a professional Graphic designer to help me improve the quality of my thumbnails. They look good already but i need someone to help me take to the next level so I can beat my competition with better quality so no amateurs, please.

I run a hiphop news type channel so I will be looking for the file in PSD format, so i can re-use the file daily by replacing the images with different characters.
