Import design to figma with clickable prototype

I have a design for my baking assistant app that is 80 screens total ( 40 for mobile app and 40 for web app). I need someone to take the photoshop files and import it all into Figma making it an interactive prototype where I can click around both versions. For example, on the mobile version, if I click the events icon in the footer it will show me the events screen in Figma. I need someone that is familiar with figma and a good UX/UI designer.

I will provide you with all of the photoshop source files and I need you to import them to Figma.
