FY24 Impact Report Layout Design

I'm seeking a skilled designer to layout our FY24 Impact Report. This 12-page color document will be distributed online, with a small print run planned. The project needs to be completed by Sept 27.
Key Details:
- The design should follow a modern and clean style.
- The primary purpose of the report is to attract new donors.
- The designer should be proficient in Microsoft Publisher.
Ideal Skills:
- Experience in designing impact reports or similar documents.
- Strong understanding of modern design principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Publisher.
- Ability to create an engaging layout to attract potential donors.
