We are looking to hire an experienced freelance designer to create a visually compelling and professionally designed Impact Report for our organization. This report will be a key communication tool to showcase our achievements, impact metrics, and stories in a format that is both engaging and informative.
Project Scope
Design a full Impact Report (approx. 40-50 pages)
Incorporate provided content: text, charts, infographics, and photographs
Align design with our brand guidelines (to be shared)
Deliver final output in print-ready and web-optimized formats (PDF)
Required Skills & Experience
4–5+ years of experience in report or publication design
Strong portfolio of impact reports, annual reports, or similar publications
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Figma
Experience with infographics, data visualization, and layout design
Understanding of how to communicate complex information visually
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Deliverables
Initial design concept (1–2 sample pages)
Full report design based on feedback
Final delivery of packaged files (editable source files + export)
