Image Labeling, Graphics & Excel Support

Job ID: 40321506

Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR

I have several hundred product photos that must be precisely labeled so they can feed directly into our machine-learning pipeline and e-commerce database. Your first task will be image labeling—drawing bounding boxes around each product and tagging them with the correct class inside a standard tool such as LabelImg, VGG Image Annotator, or an equivalent you already know. Accuracy matters more than speed; every box must tightly fit the object without clipping edges.

Once the annotations are complete, I also need a light touch of basic graphic work: simple background clean-ups, colour correction, and export to consistent dimensions. Photoshop, GIMP or any comparable editor is fine as long as the final PNGs stay crisp and true to colour.

Finally, the product metadata needs organising. You’ll transfer label information and a handful of attributes (SKU, category, colour, size) into an Excel sheet so the team can run pivots and bulk uploads later. If you prefer Google Sheets, that’s acceptable; the file just has to return in .xlsx format.

Acceptance criteria
• Image annotation files (XML/JSON/CSV) align perfectly with the original filenames.
• Edited product images match the supplied sizing template and show no artefacts.
• Excel sheet contains all required columns, no empty cells in mandatory fields, and passes a quick VLOOKUP cross-check against the annotation file.

I’m ready to share a small test batch the moment we agree on timing. Let me know which annotation and graphic tools you’re most comfortable with and how quickly you can turn around the first 50 images.
