Image Editing: Adding People/Objects
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm in need of a skilled Photoshop expert who can seamlessly,
A) Make my dress lay/fan out flat. The wind kept blowing it so it is rippled on the bottom.
B) Make the person who is in a wheel chair standing in the family photo. He could have stood but we didnt think about it at the time.
Ideal Skills:
