Image Copy/Redraw in Corel Draw

I need an image to be copied or redrawn from a sample image. The new image must look exactly like the original and must be editable.

Requirements:
- Image format: Corel Draw, PSD, EPS, or PDF with layers
- Software: Corel Draw
- Color accuracy: Not a priority (doesn't matter it is all one colour)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Corel Draw
- Experience in image recreation and editing
- Attention to detail for exact likeness
