Illustrator for concept energy infrastructure

we require an illustrator to help putting together a presentation for mostly non-technical audience (council). It is a concept precinct scale renewable energy infrastructure presentation for which we require up to eight (8) illustrations similar to those attached. The delivery deadline is by 28/05, or earlier if possible. The extended scope would include helping with graphical coordination of a ppt presentation. Please advise your availability and budget?
