2D Illustrator Shop Design for T-Shirt

I am looking to make a t-shirt design of a 2D line-art building of a clothing store. The 'Hidden Shop Logo' file I attached is the style I am looking for, but with thicker lines because I would like to put it on a shirt. I am looking for a design that is similar to that of a modern clothing store made in Adobe Illustrator so it is vectorized. The only specific detail I am looking for is that the store design has an awning that includes the logo of my brand 'Upper East'. I included an Illustrator file that has the text logo for my brand. I also included a file, 'Bodega', that shows a good example of an awning. Lastly, I included a file, 'SOHO', that shows a building in SOHO of New York City. I would like the store to be built on the first story of one of these SOHO-style buildings. It can be very simple like the 'Hidden Shop Logo' file with a simple 2D line-art. I would like to receive two Illustrator files; one with only the shop design and one with the shop and SOHO-style building attached to the top of the shop.
