Illustrative Book Cover & Manuscript Formatter
Budget: $200 – $250 USD
I'm seeking a talented professional to create an engaging, illustrative cover for my fiction book and help format the manuscript for Amazon publication. The cover will feature the main character and a key scene from the book. I will provide some sample images from the internet to give you an idea of my concept. I will need the following final files: (1) Front cover art with title/credit fonts; (2) Front and back cover art. The back cover will likely only require some pattern fill extending from the front cover image and no further characters; (3) Interior manuscript file meeting Amazon's formatting guidelines, i.e. margins, spacing, etc. (4) All files appropriate for both Amazon's print book and e-book formats.
The story is about a woman who survives being lost in the Amazon rainforest and is rescued by a tribe of Amazon women. I imagine the cover to be a beautiful woman in a diaphanous white dress with Amazon women natives behind her - bare-breasted, perhaps with a few holding weapons like spears. They are standing on the bow of an Amazon River cruise ship. I want the figures to be prominent. I don't need to see the entire ship. I just need to know they're on a ship. Although this is the idea I have for my cover, I'm open to an artist's creative vision.
