Icon redraw

I am in need of a talented designer who can redraw an icon for me. All Icons should be made separately. I am open to suggestions for the new icon and would like the designer to have the creative freedom to come up with a combination of specific elements. The final deliverable should be in vector and PNG format. I am attaching a icon's.
