Icon Enlargement to 1024x1024 PNG

I need an icon from an image replicated in a larger resolution. The final product should be a 1024x1024 PNG, keeping the original colors of the icon. Remove everything else in the background but the figure holding the staff. Using as a side decal.

I’m looking for someone who can provide flexibility in resizing the icon, as I may need larger sizes depending on the decal requirements.
