Ice Cream Business Card & T-Shirt Design

I'm looking for a designer to modify an original design by adding a cartoon-style squashed ice cream cone on a character's head and incorporating the graffiti font "Ink Monster Tattoo Removal" in bright pink. The final design will need to be suitable for printing on business cards and T-shirts.
Also want a heart in the eye like one of the images.
