"Iberica Wheel Dip" - 2D Animated Cycling Journey

2D Animation Movie
I am looking for the creation of an animation movie (to explain what the IWD challenge is) where following happens:
1) A map from the Iberian Peninsula "joins" as a kind of Puzzle: Portugal, Spain, Andorra, Gibraltar - Joining them in the colours of their National Flag.
2) Then the seas appear, on the left the Atlantic Ocean and on the right The Mediterranean Sea. Just before the seas appear the colours of the National Flags disappear and only the country border are visible with the 4 big cities: Porto, Lisboa, Madrid, Barcelona.
3) Then on the left side appears a Bikepack Cyclist who "Dips" his backwheel in the Atlantic Ocean. The frame of the Bike shows the brand Merida, and the cyclist wear an Orange shirt.
4) Then he starts cycling from West to East - The Line from Ericeira (Portugal) to Valencia (Spain). It is not a 100% horizontal line. Choosing Google Maps and calculate a bike route will give you an indication. (I can also provide a Komoot Map or KMZ file)
5) When arriving on the East side, at the Mediterranean Sea he "Dips" his frontwheel in the Sea.
6) Then in the upper part of the "Map" above the cycled route the text appears: "Iberica Wheel Dip" . The colours of this text? I'm not sure, a mixture of the National Flags of Portugal and Spain.
7) Then in the bottom part of the "Map" underneath the cycled route the letters appear: "IWD"
8) In the right bottom corner comes in a 30 degree angle the text: By John.Bici.Benders
