IPBATourLogo

I am seeking a skilled graphic designer to improve upon my existing IPBATourLogo. A draft logo is attached, it just needs to be improved, my attempt was a bit rough. My attempt is shown in CongressLogo_v1.svg. The base files I have used to get there are Pi-Rind Logo. Please select a 'free of copyright' aboriginal motive as background. Please style the circle around the cow as an 'idealised' Australia with the island of Tasmania down below. Please make sure the cow does not have horns.
