ICDA-23 Marketing Collaterals
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We have planned for an International Conference on Decarbonizing Agriculture (ICDA-2023).
We are looking for good freelancer designers for our project , looking for quality and vibrant designs for the following themes.
1 . ICDA -23 APP to be developed where in all the designed brochures and forms are put in place for the visitors / prospects to have a look and book their respective slots on the needed events and all that data to be collected and collated for our understanding and analytics.
2. e- brochure & Hard brochures needed to be circulated
3. word cloud to be generated and used as a standard in all the collaterals based on our conference theme.
4. Animated Video of the the current scenario and how to mitigate them - context planned- based on our conference theme.
4. Design for the banners and standees - specifically for the event theme & concept.
5. Design for the Souvenir bags and the design for the souvenir products.
6. Design for the Souvenir bags and the design for the souvenir products - with a jist of products which could be added to the souvenir jute bag.
7. Hand Tagging for those who have registered for the 3 day full event / individual day color wise tagging / coding
8. QR Code generation on the visitor passes so that one will come to know if they are registered for 1 day or 3 days full.
9. Design the Stall & the Lounge for the venue & places of stay.
10. Collateral content for the ICAR - Standees for all the ICAR where the students flow is there, we can have a concurrent discussion with the faculty and get it placed where the students traffic is there.
11. Banner needed for the Airport
12. Layout Planning and design a theme for the venue
13. Regular content to be prepared on weekly / bi weekly basis, where both KT and ThinkAg will put it up on all our social media handles
14. Design theme and layout plan for the event Journal
15 . Design templates for the Advertisements received for the Journals
