Humorous Comedic Paperback Book Cover Design
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I basically want to re-create a moment that happened to me a few years ago. I was cycling along a minor road until I came up to a roundabout, then briefly after the incident occurred - you can probably see where I'm going with this, and saw a car to my left coming towards the roundabout. I thought 2 things -
1. it was my right of way and she was a good distance away so continued
2. I then saw speed up and make the joke she would hit me
As you can guess 30 seconds later I hit was completely off bike (a black and grey Carrera) which had gone a good 10 metres away. Leaving me on the bonnet face to face with a jaw dropped mum and her daughter, who didn't even acknowledge me as she was so engrossed in her phone, this felt like years and milliseconds at the same time trapped in some time warp. Then I remember getting up off the floor bamboozled then limped away and headed to my 9-5.
I would like to capture the moment of me on the bonnet as cartoony sketch for a front cover of my book.
