House or building design

I am looking for a designer to create an aesthetically pleasing modern building design for a residential property. I need the project to be completed as soon as possible. The style should be modern while still taking into account my specific needs and requests. I will be providing a full set of plans, drawings, and specs, so the designer should have experience in working with these aspects in order to create a house or building design that meets my expectations. The designer should also have excellent communication, design, and problem-solving skills. If you think you have what it takes, please submit your proposal.

Thank you!
