House Brochure Powerpoint template design

We are a property developer and landlord and would like to have a power point template designed with our logo so that we can enter the details of various house details with floor plans and pictures and a description. We would then like to be able to save it as a PDF and have to capability to print in batches if necessary. We would like it to be modern and classy. I have attached our logo
