Hourly Graphic Design Specialist Needed

I'm looking for a graphics/website designer to be kind of an on demand employee and assist me on an hourly basis over a long term. Don't apply if you need more than 2-3 hours of work. I need to be able to send an email to you, have you do the work in the next week or so..and bill me for X hours. For my first task, I need somebody to finish my Wix App submission images that have to be in a specific template and look enticing to customers. I also need to start building a library of ads I can used on Google Ads and other platforms. Other tasks include:

- Logo design
- Marketing materials
- Social media graphics
- Website design
- Building Youtube videos possibly

Additionally, I need specific marketing materials, such as screenshots in certain sizes for Google Ads, my website, and social media platforms.
